3-MONTH RETURN & WARRANTY POLICY

At Rara Jewels, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. We want you to feel fully satisfied with every single purchase. That is why we offer an industry-leading 3-Month Return and Exchange Policy.

1. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return or replacement, the item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same brand-new condition as received. Return requests must be filed online through the User Dashboard within 90 days from the purchase date.

2. Processing Time

Once submitted, return requests are reviewed by our administrative fulfillment desk. Approved returns are assigned a reverse pickup. Upon reception of the physical goods at our Mumbai warehouse, refunds are initiated back to the original payment source (Razorpay or Bank Account) within 5-7 business days.

3. Anti-Tarnish Polish Protection Warranty

Our gold plating is treated with anti-tarnish protective coatings. If your jewelry experiences premature fading, tarnishing, or structural defects within 90 days of normal wear, we will replace the design absolutely free of cost.
